Unfortunately, it is still unclear as to how the Coronavirus will affect schools and nurseries in the UK as the situation progresses and changes every hour. According to UNESCO, over 50 countries around the world have already closed all schools and nurseries (last updated: 16th March 2020) which is why it is important to be prepared for closures to happen in the UK too. If this also happens in the UK, then we have designed EYFS school closure resource packs that mean children can continue their learning and development from home.
It is a natural concern that your child's learning and development will be interrupted if your school is to close. This is why we have created these school closure packs that are filled with resources and activities that you can use at home. All of our resources and activities are approved by qualified teachers, follow the National Curriculum guidelines and designed so there is no need for input from you as an adult. These packs cover content that your child will already understand from their previous school lessons.
